Is it the thunderbolt 3 cable (from the lightning bolt printed on it) or the USB 3.1 SS10 version (as here : Belkin USB 3.1 Cable: Datenrate 10Gbps (C - C, 1m, Link Cable))?

It is a TB3 compatible cable but with a lower data rate (20 Gb/s compared to 40 Gb/s for a "real" Thunderbolt 3 cable).
