Is it possible to use the USB-C dock without a power supply?
Only need the power supply if I want to charge my notebook and use the connections at the same time...
Yes, only USB devices that do not draw much current will work. External HDDs like WD Elements work perfectly.
I never have a power supply connected directly to the dock.
