Is it possible to reset the units? Unfortunately, the pairing of plugs and remote control does not work as described in the instructions.

I bought a second radio plug and set it up according to the instructions, but now neither the new one nor the old one, which I had been using every day for 2-3 years, works. Does anyone know what the problem could be? There are not many possibilities to adjust anything and the plugs are completely identical (Lot No. Oct 2016).
