Is it possible to operate a conventional filter coffee machine with it? Or do I need a model with more "power"?

This appliance delivers 600 watts and can deliver a maximum of 1200 watts. Appliances that require more than 600 watts are throttled if the electronics of the appliance allow this. I don't know how much your coffee machine needs.
At 600 watts, the battery lasts 1 hour.
