Is it possible to connect 2 monitors to my notebook through the dock (1x HDMI & 1x via USB-C with adapter e.g. LMP USB-C 3.1 to HDMI 2.0 adapter)? They are not 4K monitors.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The USB-C connection on the dock is used exclusively for charging (in both directions). Either charging the computer or charging a connected low power USB-C device).

Via LMP alone, no problems for me. I have never tried/needed a second HDMI connection. Should work, but depends on the PC performance ...
