Is it possible to buy a replacement pan? I'm sure the coating won't last forever...

Crock-Pot has a stainless steel replacement pot in its range, which can be purchased via Amazon. I guess the Instant-Pot ceramic pot should also fit, they are pretty much identical. And yes, the coating does not last forever.
