Is it also possible to buy only the yoke without the thrust regulator? (Since the thrust regulator is also available separately, I have already bought it separately).

No that is not possible... Only available in combo as this throttle is connected via the yoke and the single throttles only via usb... I also have 2 throttle which is very practical for larger aircraft pmdg or avro with 4 engines.
