Yes, it's actually very easy! We even did without screws altogether because they were attached to the kitchen furniture. We simply bought appropriate adhesive pads with suitable load-bearing capacity at the DIY store. Now the thing hangs bombproof and can be removed easily and without residue with a little hot air if necessary.
