In the G-Tech Raid Removable (8TB), are two 8TB hard disks installed, which give 8TB storage capacity in Raid1 mode, or two 4TB hard disks, which together give 8TB storage without Raid1 mode?
The latter. 2 times 4 TB. This results in 4TB in RAID 1 mode (redundant copy) and 8TB in RAID 0 mode (striping).
