Question about Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure

I'm in chapter 5 and I don't know how to complete the assignments. Where can I get an apple-onion soup or an apple smoothie? And how can I complete the task with the levitation trick? Even if I just jump, the steps will never work out ... Thanks for help, unfortunately it's really annoying right now, although I like the game very much in principle.

You can do the levitation trick by walking or running, holding the ringcon down and pressing together. If you have several chapters or in certain levels you can jump over high things or monsters by pressing together again.
