If you have another unifying adapter from another Logitech mouse, can you use that too? Since the adapter is not included here.

The MC version is unfortunately not Unigying compatible, so a connection with an adapter is not possible. It only works via Bluetooth. If no Bluetooth is available, you can buy a USB Bluetooth adapter that is as big as the Unifying adapter from Logitech and then it comes out the same.
