I can't connect the headphones to my mobile phone, so with all other devices you tap on it and it says connect and then it's connected, but not with these headphones. App does not work

My nGalxy S6 sees my B&O Beoply E3 as a device and not as headphones! What do I have to do to use them?

Were you able to install the app from the app store? It is important to update the firmware of the headphones to the latest version. After that you can do the bluetooth pairing via the app. after this process you can pair the headphones normally via bluetooth. i hope this was helpful.
