Question about Bose QuietComfort 35 II

I have been using the headphones for almost a year now and wear them almost every day (sometimes even to sleep). A large part of the grey/silver coating on the ear pads has already peeled off, and since yesterday the right pad has torn open on the inside of the shell and the foam is peeping out (but you don't notice it yet when wearing them).
