I would use the monitor genre with my IPAD pro 2022, it's that possible via the USB C port ? 4K 120HZ ?

Theoretically, and with Apple's specifications, it should be possible.

Yes, it is possible via the USB-C port, please note that you need a Thunderbolt cable. However, the maximum output is 4K 60Hz.
