Question about Bose SoundSport

I haven't used it for sports yet. But when I move my head, the cable doesn't make any noise. I also tried it out briefly to see what happens with the knocking when the cable jumps up and down. You can hear it minimally, which is logical in a way. But I didn't find it disturbing. I wouldn't worry too much about wind noise either (unless you want to run in a hurricane, in which case you'll have other problems). I've also used them at work and the noise from flex and welding equipment is muffled quite well.
