I wanted to change the filament (a different brand from FlashForge, but exactly the same thickness), but now I cannot. The printer does not pull in the filament. The little wheels that are supposed to transport the filament just scrape it off.
Does anyone else have this problem?

The USB stick connection doesn't work either. It always says not recognised. Oh, the original one that came with it.

hello, the filaments have slight deviations in thickness of up to 0.05 mm, to use the other filament you have to change your settings. for further help please write on facebook(wale schenker) or watsup 0798724389
