I wanted to ask how thick the paper can be for automatic duplex printing? I would like to print double-sided on 220gr paper without having to turn the paper manually. I look forward to your feedback.
The HP Envy Inspire 7220e printer supports automatic double-sided printing on plain paper with weights ranging from 75 to 90 g/m². 220 g/m² paper is significantly thicker than this specification. Therefore, the automatic duplex printing function may not be able to handle this type of media correctly. To avoid possible jams or damage to the printer, we recommend that you perform duplex printing manually when using heavyweight paper such as 220 g/m². This involves printing one side of the sheet first and then re-inserting it into the tray to print the other side. Alternatively, consider using a paper weight between 75 and 90 g/m² to take advantage of the automatic duplex printing function without any problems.
