I want to use the adapter for an ASUS ZenBook 14 UX434F. When I plug in the adapter, I get the error "unknown USB device (port reset error)" in the device manager. USB devices such as mouse, keyboard or printer still work. However, the external HDMI monitor via the adapter does not. Monitor directly on the notebook works. I have done all driver and Windows updates. Can anyone help me? BTW: Adapter on a Lenovo ThinkPad works perfectly.

I would ask the manufacturer directly (support).

I have a problem with my MacBook Pro 2020 and the multiport adapter. The device paralyses the WLAN and interferes with the network so that it is not possible to work with it. Deactivate WLAN and the adapter works perfectly. Do you want to swap?:D Product: Sharkoon Type C Multiport Adapter (HDMI, USB C, USB A)
