Question about HP DisplayPort auf HDMI

I want to use it to connect my Wacom CIntiq 16 tablet (HDMI cable) to my computer (only has DPs), is this the right product?

I bought this product to connect a monitor to an HP notebook. It works well. Not knowing the Wacom tablet, I don't know if this product is suitable. It probably requires two-way communication, which is not the case with a monitor.
