I want to connect my switch to my monitor with the cable. I have also ordered an Ethernet adapter for the switch so that I can connect my Ethernet cable. Since this product is marked with an Ethernet connection, do I no longer need the Ethernet adapter? Or what is faster?

the cable has 2 HDMI, no Ethernet connection. What is probably meant is that an Ethernet connection can be established via the HDMI connections. Since the HDMI interface is much younger, such a connection is probably also faster.
