I want to connect another monitor to my docking station (-tec Triple Dock + Universal Charger 112 W) via DisplayPort. I use the following cable: Digitus DisplayPort - DVI (2m, Display Port). Unfortunately, my screen is not recognised. If I use the VGA connection, it works. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

C31FLATDOCKPDPLUS does not have DisplayPort++ connector. It uses a standard DP connector - which means that you need to use an active adapter if you want to convert the DisplayPort signal to HDMI/DVI signal.
Your current DP to DVI cable is a passive one and it can only work with a DP++ connector.

Best Regards

Unplug the USB-C connector from the charger and plug it back in. Is the screen now recognised?
