I received the headset today. The description says the following: This PC, PS4 and PS4 Pro ready headset is also compatible with devices that support a 3.5mm cable audio connection via the included cable. Unfortunately, this cable is not included. Is this an error in the description?

The headset should actually come with a 3.5 mm jack headphone cable. If this was not the case, please contact our customer service directly via the help centre.
