Question about Brother MFC-L3770CDW
I received the device and installed it yesterday as a replacement for the old laser printer. After every print there is such an unbearable smell in the office that even with the window open and a draught it only slowly subsides after about 10 minutes. The old device at the same location was absolutely odourless. Is it just my unit or is this general experience? Does it fade over time?
That's only at the beginning. It was the same for me at the beginning. But it's gone now. We just had our laser printer repaired in the shop. The repairman put in a new heater. Now it smells the same in the office. But the repairman says it will pass. So it doesn't seem to be anything unusual with a new machine.
