I placed the order a few hours after it was put on sale and indicated as being available soon and my order tracking tells me that it will be delivered within 7 to 9 days when it says "between 23/10 and 30/10" on the product page. What is the most reliable information?

I think the "between 23/10 and 30/10" are for new orders. I also have 6 to 8 days.
