Question about Lupine Blica All-in-One

I picked up my Lupine Blika in Wohlen this morning. Full of joy, I opened the box at home and was very disappointed. It was a punch in the face. The packaging does not correspond to the pictures in the shop or the YouTube video. I didn't even examine the box any further but went straight back to the shop in Woheln and returned the whole thing. The customer advisor said that the pictures are not a reference and that there can be deviations. So if I order a green car and then get a red one, should I be happy with that? The customer advisor then said: "That's different". Oh well... I thought. Nevertheless and however. I'll see if I can get the whole thing as shown elsewhere. Dear Digitec team, if you still have the product in stock somewhere as shown in the pictures and in the Youtube video, please let me know. And if I somehow get compensated for my back and forth, I will be even happier. Kind regards
