I picked up my Lupine Blika in Wohlen this morning. Full of joy, I opened the box at home and was very disappointed. It was a punch in the face. The packaging does not correspond to the pictures in the shop or the YouTube video. I didn't even examine the box any further but went straight back to the shop in Woheln and returned the whole thing. The customer advisor said that the pictures are not a reference and that there can be deviations. So if I order a green car and then get a red one, should I be happy with that? The customer advisor then said: "That's different". Oh well... I thought. Nevertheless and however. I'll see if I can get the whole thing as shown elsewhere. Dear Digitec team, if you still have the product in stock somewhere as shown in the pictures and in the Youtube video, please let me know. And if I somehow get compensated for my back and forth, I will be even happier. Kind regards

Oh... Those are still problems. With the Blika, at least one light would have been a bit brighter ;-)

Does the Blika all in one come with a cable so that the battery can also be stowed in the backpack? Is a bag included?

The scope of delivery is shown completely in the picture. Extension cables in various lengths can be purchased separately. Transport bag as well. However, I find the battery mounting on the helmet much more practical & comfortable than carrying the battery in a backpack. The battery does not weigh much. At most, at very low temperatures, stowing it in the backpack could possibly bring an advantage in terms of light duration.

7 is the larger battery (standard is 4). Heavier but the same lamp head. R stands for Remote Control and means that the lamp comes with a small remote control based on a Bluetooth technology, which can be mounted on the wrist or the handlebar. Blika All-in-one comes with mounts for helmet and headlamp and the remote control, but a small battery (which is enough for most things). Otherwise just buy another battery).
