Question about EcoFlow Delta 2 (CH version)

I ordered this item 27.11.2022 with initial delivery at 2 weeks and I still din't got it... Is it legal to fool the client by constantly postponing the delivery date by a week for almost 2 months and not bear any responsibility for it? When the delivery date arrives, the product changes to the status "The product hasn't been delivered to us on time. An update is published here as soon as available from the supplier." and is in it for several days. None of the employee can say anything more about delivery. I'm just wondering how many months or even years... this paid product will be delivered? How can you sell products if the supplier does not deliver them for months? Worst experience and service ever!!!
