I ordered this article on Friday 20.3.20. with delivery date tomorrow Saturday 21.3.20 and today suddenly :The date has been exceeded by the supplier. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be displayed here. what does this mean for me? When can I expect it?

I know the problem well and was very disappointed for the first time this year.
So that this doesn't happen to you:
1. find an alternative
2. call the customer service and be very patient, it can take more than 30 minutes at the moment.
3. ask if they already know more and what the problem is
4. ask for another product or tell them your suggestion.

This is always very annoying and it happens even without Corona.
