I ordered the cable for the connection between my Windows docking station (Surface) and an HP E243i. Unfortunately, there is a kind of loose contact and the connection is constantly lost again. What could be the reason for this? Thank you very much for the feedback.

Same problem - also with the docking station (Surface), but still with HDMI->DVI adapter....
Strange, it works with the normal "USB-C - HDMI cable" from Microsoft.
