I operate the device on a MacBookPro Retina with 30 Hz. It works perfectly so far. After a certain time, however, the monitor reports a timeout and then simply switches off after about 30 seconds if I do not intervene with the remote control beforehand, even though I am working normally on the device ... Does anyone know this problem?

Yes, after a few hours? a window appears asking if the monitor should go into standby. It is enough to move the button so that the window closes again.
