This is the future. That's DAB+. I have it indoors with every station and every device, sometimes more sometimes less, depending on the weather. What used to be a short "crackle" on FM is now silence...

Reception is flawless for the programmes I listen to (mainly SRF) on the outskirts of Winterthur. No drop-outs. I suspect that the problem lies more with the reception quality of the stations in question than with the device.
