Question about FiiO M5
I just bought a Fiio M5 at Digitec. Now I have the following problems: - CABLE: Connected with the original cable, nothing happens at all, like dead. (unlike other USB cable, then it charges or responds when connected to laptop). Must be a production error, right? - An SD card was not included. Is that right? Do I have to buy it separately for the thing to work? - When connecting (with foreign cable to laptop): Laptop does not recognise the device, does not appear under "This PC > Drives). I downloaded the driver, but it still doesn't work. What to do? - Pairing with Earbuds Galaxy: Bluetooth is active on both devices, but the Fiio M5 does not recognise the Earbuds. I'm sure they work because they pair with my iPhone without any problems. Thanks for tips and help or does the device have to be sent back?

1) Probably a production error, contact Digitec support.
2) SD card is not included in the delivery, must be purchased separately.
3) Is there perhaps no SD card in the unit? Is the unit in DAC mode instead of storage mode?
4) I can't say either, but Bluetooth devices work sometimes here and sometimes there. My FiiO LC-BT2 works on the phone but on the Surface it drops out after a minute...
I recommend checking the firmware version, it is often out of date.
