I have two questions:
1) This device is Scart (input) to HDMI (output), correct?
I am confused because in the 5 pictures, one shows Scart to HDMI and another shows HDMI to Scart.
2) I want to use it between a VHS video reader (input) and a TV (output): will it work?
I have already tried with another converter and it didn't work (worked for sound but never for picture). I don't want to invest a second time and have the same bad experience.

TO 1: YES
TO 2: I have a Hi8 camera as a playback device. The picture and sound work well, even if the picture quality is only mediocre.
