Question about Roline DisplayPort — HDMI (Typ A)

I have two 27'' monitors with 2560x1440 resolution. My notebook has a mini-displayport and an HDMI connection. Can I achieve 60Hz for 2560x1440 with this cable (HDMI -> Displayport on the monitor)?

I bought the same cable because the VGA cable was flickering. I use it for 1980X1020. I suspect that the bottleneck is not the cable, especially since it is only 1m long, but rather that the graphics card of the notebook does not deliver the resolution. Especially if you connect two monitors at the same time. However, this should be stated in the specifications of the device.
