I have the Sennheiser HDR 175 at home and am very satisfied. We would like a second headphone. Which one is compatible? Greetings

What does compatible mean in this case? I have the 175 and the 195, in comparison the 195 is more neutral in sound and has several programmes plus separate left/right volume setting, but compatible? Please formulate your question in a differentiated way.

If you have the RS 175, i.e. the HDR 175 including the corresponding transmitter, you can buy an additional "HDR 175". Several of them can be operated with the same station. You will then hear the same thing on both headphones. I assume this is what you want. In Sennheiser's original language: "Use the HDR 175 as a replacement or additional pair of headphones for the RS 175 wireless headphone system."
