I have the Samsung TV "The Frame" and the Singlebar HW-MS 750. Where do I connect the optical cable: to the TV or the Singlebar? Is the TV or Singlebar sound automatically switched off when the headphones are in use? Thank you very much!

I connected the cable to the amplifier, I think in your case you have to try where the sound switches automatically.
