i have the monitor now but i don't know where to turn on the full 240 Hz ? i only see 60 Hz in the desktop and 200 Hz in the battlefield 1 game what should i do ?

Maybe your card has to support this or the game... check the control panel of the graphics card to see if you can set anything else there.

In the control panel -> screen resolution -> advanced settings (for Win7). There you should have a selection of the different Hz that the screen can display. Set it to 240.

As long as you get 240 fps in the game, you can fully utilise the 240Hz with the GTX 980. DP 1.2 is available on your GPU and on the monitor, which supports up to 240Hz @1080p.
I don't know if you need to enable G-Sync, but if you do, it shouldn't be a problem.
