I have the mainboard new. However, my headset micro, which works fine on the PS4, only emits a hissing/cracking noise here. Speakers are OK. Both rear and front terminations. I have already tried everything in the system settings. No success!

Can you try a different microphone on the mic input? Because it is not impossible that the microphone input on the motherboard has a "defect"...

I would update the bios and install the audio chipset drivers.
