Question about Sony Playstation 4 Slim 500GB

I have the following problem: I would like to connect my Playstation 4 Slim to my surround system. However, this only works with a TOS link, which the Slim does not have. Now I have found the product "inakustik Star Optical TOS-Miniplug". It says in the description "Typical applications are Apple TV, Apple MAC Pro and Apple Airport Express as well as other devices with combined 3.5 mm audio output (stereo headphones + Opto Digital in one socket)". Now I wanted to know if I can get the sound from the Playstation to my receiver with this cable.
