I have replaced the transver unit. But the printer doesn't get it. Error message does not go away. What now?

It didn't work for me either back then (2016). I got rid of the whole thing and bought a new laser printer. I should have done that right from the start (cost of learning). The new printer cost Fr. 260.00 and still does my daily printing/scanning/copying and who would believe it - even fax work sometimes. I am generally in favour of repair, but sometimes a new purchase can also make sense.

Answer from ESAG/M.Rütsche on 19 Sept'17 (repair centre for Samsung printers in Switzerland): Replacing the transfer and fuser units, however, may only be carried out by an authorised Samsung technician. We are not allowed to pass on the exact procedure for resetting. However, every customer is of course free to acquire this knowledge elsewhere. All work carried out is then simply at the customer's

own risk and all warranty claims against the manufacturer are void.
I returned the transfer unit and the fuser unit to Digitec and got my money back. My advice that Digitec should only sell products that can/must be installed by a layman was apparently not (yet) included in the product description for this product. Too bad, too bad, too bad.
