Question about Goal Zero Nomad 50

I have recently experienced a drop in power with the Nomad 50. Since I have two identical modules, I can observe this well. Module A, for example, shows 35 W input, while module B, under identical conditions, only produces max. 10 W. What can this mean? Thanks in advance! Walter
