The solar cell of the Sandberg only supplies 400 mA and has a capacity of 24000 mA, so it naturally takes time.
The most important thing is that the angle is aligned very precisely, i.e. the sun should shine on the cells at exactly the right angle. This can be checked with green LEDs.
The problem arises from the rather large capacity (24,000mAh) and the very small solar panel. If I leave it outside in good weather for about a week and don't charge anything with it, it is full. Maybe it was "only" 5 days.
