I have installed the machine I can move the printer in all directions, but it is difficult to move it upwards. Is this normal or do I need to change something? I do not dare to turn it on
When you switch it on, you can deactivate the motors in the display in the settings, that is the mode if you want to position them manually. The vertical axis will still go strictly, that's normal.
This is normal. The metal spindle makes it difficult and slow to move the print head upwards. Try turning the vertical metal spindle. If this works, everything is OK.
