I have installed the latest version of the driver and software on Win 10 Home. The software always crashes immediately after loading the part (.STL ). The printer is not recognised Can't print anything. What am I doing wrong?

I would recommend asking the manufacturer directly. I also had frequent problems with the original software and then switched to Simplify3D. It's really worth it! Much better operation and printing results.
