Question about RØDE smartLav+

I have connected the microphone to my computer and to my sound card, but no sound is recorded in either case. Drivers are installed and the correct input device is selected. Other microphones also work. However, when I plug it into my mobile phone, my voice is recorded correctly. Could someone help me?

Try this adapter: RØDE SC3 TRRS to TRS Adapter
Since the microphone is actually for use on a smartphone, the pinout may simply be wrong.
