I have connected my PC to my 4k TV but the signal is unstable and the screen goes black randomly for 1 second every 2-3 minutes. Is this electromagnetic interference?

Normally these cables are supposed to be protected to avoid interference, but as you describe the problem, it is quite possible that the cable is defective. I invite you to register the warranty request from your account
