I have an LG C2 TV without an analogue audio output. That's why I bought this box. I now go from the TV HDMI Arc via HDMI IN to this box and then Stero Out. Unfortunately, no sound comes out of my speakers. Does anyone have an idea why this does not work?

Console/Player/PC -> Via HDMI to the Extractor and then via HDMI to the TV. The audio signal must be tapped in between.

I don't know your TV, but you probably connected the extractor to the HDMI IN of the TV. There is no signal coming from the TV. You probably have a digital audio out on the TV, then you can convert to analogue.
