I have an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015). It has USB 3.0 (no USB 3.1 and no USB-C). Do you know the expected speed if this drive is connected in USB 3.0 ?

The speed limitation is "on the data sheet" the hard disk and not the USB 3.0 interface.
