Question about KitchenAid Artisan 5KSM125

i have an artisan and i am not at all satisfied with the dough hook, the dough is practically not stirred at the bottom of the bowl and at the top it moves upwards, does anyone have any tips on how to improve this? no one has reported this problem yet, but maybe i am the only one who has this ...
