Question about Philips Hue SmartPlug CH

I have a power strip on the wall socket with the wireless router and the Gue Bridge. I want them to go to sleep between 0200 and 0600 ;) can I use the smartplug as a classic but murderous timer? When the bridge is off, does the whole thing still work, i.e. does it have a memory? Otherwise we would have a problem ;)
